I love the smell of roses- almost as much as I love lavender. Is it obsessive to pick them and stuff them in your pocket on the way to work? On reflection, I think not. That way if conflict comes your way that stunning smell is not just a memory but there with you, all the way:-)

Thanks for such a beautiful tip! And from someone who owns a dog called Alvin! My dog is called Macaulay.Not my choice….but walks look so different through their eyes….
