Thought for the day…..

Wow, welcome to Monday, March 26th, 2012 ….

Spring has definitely come to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

The snow is melting and the sun has been shining.

The bunnies are turning brown (good sign).

Green grass is showing in places….

Alvin is shedding more than usual…. (goo..d sign….. )  LOL

Perhaps one of my favourite things about spring is the arrival of baby animals….

So cute and furry.

I remember when the calves were born in the spring on the farm.

They were the most beautiful animal, I thought.

Beautiful eyes, and their coats different shades of brown, white and black.

Gentle ….. love them.

I do miss the days on the farm ….. oh, and another thing about spring on the farm (which I believe I have mentioned before) were the fields of crocuses.

I should have goggled them to see where they disappeared to …… I love those purple flowers.

So on this beautiful day of spring …. I hope that you are remembering and treasuring all your memories of this wonderful season.

It is earth’s birthday ….. SPRING.

How glorious to be able to celebrate for months …… with literally everyone …. everywhere.
