Thought for the day…

Good Tuesday Morning and today is June 12th, 2012.

The sun is shining here in Edmonton and it is a great day.

I started this day out by writing down all the things that I love.

Now of course, there are a billion billion things that I love but I only filled a page, and then just kept thinking about all of the things that I love.

Try this exercise ….. great way to start your day.

Several years ago I took a 12 week writing course, and I take some of the principles that I learned and apply them to my everyday routine.

One thing is writing first thing in the morning.  Now I downsized from three pages to one (because of timing and trees).

I love putting my thoughts down on paper.

I spend this time writing down my thoughts about what is going on in my life, all of the things that I am grateful for and this morning I incorporated the things that I love into the page as well.

Also at this time Alvin is either curled up on my lap (which I hold him as he really isn’t a lap dog) or else he is standing up looking out the window.

I absolutely love this time.  Two of the things that I love are writing and Alvin.

So it is a great way to start the day.

Well, I better get hopping here …. time to put the finishing touches on getting ready for work.

I hope that you all have a wonderful day.

Take care.

Special Hello to: all those people who start their day out by writing and to all those who are going to start …… you will love it.

P.S. always good to get in touch with your inner you and what better way than to write …… enjoy.

Always, Carol and Mr. Alvin
