Thought for the day….

Good Morning and Welcome to Tuesday the 8th day of October, 2013.

I had another amazing weekend and start to the week.

Every day that I wake up and see the leaves still on the trees, green grass and bare ground, I am so grateful.

Just to be able to enjoy this wonderful weather each day.

Last night after Alvin had his supper, and before I had mine – we went for a walk around the lake in our neighbourhood.

What a gorgeous evening.

I could still smell the faint fragrance of the roses that are near the entrance to the park around the lake.

Such a smell….

Oh, it takes me away to the most lovely place on earth.

Always remember to take in what nature provides us with each day.

Whether it is the sound of geese honking as they are starting to prepare for winter.

Whether it is the smell of that last cut of grass.

Whether it is the leaves rustling in the breeze.

Whether it is kicking up the leaves as they lay piled up on the ground.

Whether it is watching the rabbits hop by and noticing that they are still mainly brown.

Whether it is just being grateful to be able to see all that natures provides.

I know I am always grateful for everything that life sends my way.

So on this Tuesday …… take a look around and enjoy.
