Good Morning ALL! How are you this morning? We had some rain earlier but the sun is shining for now. I am truly grateful to see Mr. SUN out. There is a wind which is actually a good thing as it will help dry the excess water. Poor plants are so wet, they now need some sunshine to grow. But I am grateful that we had some rain. One of my neighbours told me yesterday when Alvin and I were out for a walk at lunchtime that we had already had 3 inches of rain. Now I am not sure about the period of time but like she meant that last day or two. We did manage to get in two walks yesterday. They were not long or our usual walk but that is okay ….. as long as we are walking ….. that is what matters.
I took a vacation day to prepare for the garage sale next weekend. We are on with the Community for Saturday and if need be we will continue on Sunday. Hopefully everything sells on Saturday. It is only from noon till 4:00 p.m. Fingers crossed. I cleaned the garage last night. Rearranged the last items left in there, swept the floor and now ready to haul out the fold out table from the basement and whatever I am putting in the sale. There are a few things to do to prepare for a garage sale. The garage looks great. I am happy to have it done.
Oh no, the sun is beginning to go behind some clouds. I am going to visualize SUN shine with a bright blue clear sky. I am doing so now.
Well this has been a week. Work, off part day, staff meeting, work and off. I am grateful that I have vacation days to use.
I think that Mr. Alvin is ready to head back downstairs. I need coffee.
I wish you a great Friday. I am looking forward to putzing around and preparing for the garage sale.

PS: now it is 53 days till my 65th Birthday. Yikes. Time flies when you are having fun and just living your life. The grass is sure a brilliant green this year. The rain has certainly helped in that aspect and many others. Not complaining.
