The Next Chapter

Good Morning. Welcome to Wednesday. Well what a week I have had already! Been interesting. I have the windows open all over the house to bring in the cool morning air. Today is to be +28 degrees celsius. The grand pups will be coming over this morning in about 1/2 hour so I want the house to be as cool as it can be for them. Then before I leave for work, I will close the windows and blinds except for Aspen’s living room ones, her happy place to ensure the coolness lasts as long as possible. Pretty warm for the beginning of May.

Yesterday, I ended up spending over 5 hours at the dentist for two appointments (yes, same day). I had my teeth ex-rayed, a checkup and cleaning. Followed by a root canal plus. The dentist had started the impressions or whatever they are called for the two crowns that I will be getting in about two weeks. He ran out of the material that they use so I have to go back tomorrow to complete the process so that they can have the crowns made. I must have seen for one thing or the other all of the staff. The dental assistant that was assisting the dentist on the root canal must have been new. I have never in all my years of dental visits gagged during procedures. When she was preparing me for the root canal and after the freezing just went in, she was trying to take the impressions and kept getting it wrong. So in and out with things in a short amount of time and my gag reflex was working in override. Anyway, she was nice and I knew that she was new as the dental gently corrected her on how to hand him tools and such. So quite the experience. Anyway, I love my dentist even though he did give me heck in a nice way for not coming in for a long time for check up and cleaning and stuff. It is true. Your teeth are important. I missed out on using a lot of coverage. Anyway, the Pandemic, Alvin had two surgeries, Alvin was sick and then passed and work has been over the top. Sometimes life gets in the way and what are you supposed to do. One thing I was happy to see that Wanda was still operating the front desk. She is so nice. All in all, a good experience. Will be nice to get the crowns on. For the next couple of weeks or so only soft, easy foods and have to be careful as I have a temporary crown in my mouth. Sure looks a lot better than the gaping hole (there was enough of a tooth left to salvage and I am grateful for that).

Back to work this morning. I have to fly as I have to eat and prepare for the grand pups. I was happy to have had time here with them yesterday. I worked from home for two hours before my first appointment. I was able to leave the living room window open while I was at home. My son-in-law was here when I arrived home from the first appointment. He had opened the window and Aspen was happily resting her head on the window sill taking in the fresh air and watching the bunnies. In fact, there were three bunnies playing on the front lawn and she got so excited she knocked the screen loose. So have to be careful with having the screen open. It was bunny city here yesterday. They were having fun for sure.

Have a great day.

Always, Carol & Alvin (My Forever Angel).

P.S. The fees that were not covered by my insurance, the ones that I paid out of pocked. I put in a claim on my health spending account yesterday late in the afternoon and this morning it was deposited into my bank account. How wonderful is that? Very great.

The New YEAR 2022

Good Morning ALL! What a Friday, June 3, 2022, we had from beginning until end. There was a slow start to the morning which was nice. My friend Pauline picked me up shortly before 12:30 p.m. and we started our afternoon adventure. We took a different route to our destination due to construction and what not. The conversation was great. Our first stop was the Clifford E. Lee Nature Sanctuary. So not just birds. We saw a bit of everything from a turquoise green billed duck to a bunch of rabbits who entertained us with one even laying down in the middle of the path with no immediate intentions of going anywhere. We saw a squirrel and a duck at different points just sitting on the boardwalk. I will say that walking on the boardwalk was a bit nerve wracking. The sun was warm as we walked along both the boardwalk through the marshlands and the path through the meadows. We were very happy when there was some shade. But no complaints. The time spent was well. I had the best time. We saw birds that we had never seen before and so much more. After taking in the Nature Sanctuary we drove just a short way down the highway to the University of Alberta Botanic Gardens. I have been there a handful of times before and loved it. First time that I have been there in late spring before the flowers are really blooming. We had really gone to see the grove of lilacs which we hoped to be in full bloom. We were a bit disappointed to see this was not the case. There were a few that were blooming as you will see in the photos that I will post. After we took in the Japanese Gardens we sat down for refreshments in the shade of the newly built area. We found there to be a few people wandering about the gardens but not as many as would be in the summer and on the weekends. We also saw two pairs of geese with little goslings barely a few weeks old and also a mallard duck with babies as well. They are way behind the ones in our neighbourhood who are almost starting to get their feather. A grand time we had. We sat down in the shade a few times just to chat and relax. We were not in a hurry. The afternoon was perfect and I was happy that I had taken water and wore comfy shoes for our adventure. I arrived home about 5:00 p.m. and Mr. Alvin was more than happy to see me. Pauline came in for a minute to explain where to put some plants that she had brought in when she picked me up. After supper last night I made sure to put them in the flower bed and in pots. Mr. Alvin did not have a great night. Bed at 10:00 and up at midnight until 2:00 a.m. or so along with me. We went downstairs at midnight and then were up and down for hours. We were up late when he finally settled down. I can smell some “gas” smells coming from him with a reminder no more human food. He virtually begged for some blueberries and strawberries yesterday morning and I caved in, that was the last time. Clearly he cannot take them. I do not want a repeat of last year for sure. Not for him or for me. Anyway, the sky is overcast this morning and I will post some photos.

Well time to head back downstairs as it is almost noon and I have been working on this since before 10:00 a.m. I wanted to post all of my photos and tried to get them in order but technology is not always my best friend. So I have posted a few photos from my great afternoon adventure of June 3, 2022.

I hope that you have an awesome Saturday.

Continuing to live this life with kindness, respect, compassion, patience, love, laughter, understanding, gratitude, focus and possibilities.

P.S. You never know where the day will take you.

The New YEAR 2022

Good Morning ALL! Happy Friday! Happy April Fools Day! How are you this morning? I am a bit sleepy as I could not get those 60,000 thoughts to stop cropping up in my mind. Anyway, with four “clicks on the snooze button” on my phone, I am up, showered and almost ready to work.

This post will be short but I wanted to share a cute story and some interesting information with you.

Cute Story

I heard on a morning talk show that I was listening to on my coffee break the following: a man from Florida had three pet bunnies. He loved his bunnies and wanted to let them outside in the backyard to enjoy the day. So he lets them out into the backyard. Not sure how much time elapsed before he went to check on them but when he went out they were gone. The three bunnies had escaped. He looked everywhere. No bunnies. Man was sad as he loves his cute pet bunnies. One day three months later he happened to look out the window into the backyard and what did he see: bunnies, bunnies and more bunnies, 80 to be exact. How could this happen you say? Well females can get pregnant the same day they give birth. The gestation period of a bunny is 28-35 days. Females can give birth at 10-12 weeks old. Yikes. Truly babies having babies. The part that was interesting to me was not really the number as everyone knows bunnies can multiply quickly (I did not know the exact stats) but the fact that the three bunnies brought their children, their children’s children and so on, back home. How did they know home? Food for thought. True Story.

Information

I was watching the Ellen show yesterday and Brene Brown was on. Such an interesting person. I have heard the name but did not know much about her. She has studied human behavior for over two decades.

There is neuroscience behind: Emotional pain lights up the same area of the brain as the physical pain. Isn’t that interesting. Heart break, loss, shame and so much more can feel as badly as a burn for example.

She said that we want so hard to believe that we are cognitive thinking beings that on occasion get inconvenienced by emotion.

But in truth: we are EMOTIONAL BEINGS who on occasion think.

We are emotional beings that have thoughts.

Food for thought. Explains so much. I felt so much better about being emotional. I guess we are hardwired that way.

Gotta go.

Have a great day. Be safe and don’t worry if you are emotional! You are not alone.

Continuing to live this life with kindness, respect, compassion, patience, love, laughter, understanding, gratitude, focus and possibilities.

Always, Carol & Alvin

PS: My daughter comes for supper tonight, yay AND the sun was pretty, the sky is pretty much clear. It is a great day!

2021

Good Morning ALL. How are you today? I hope very well. Alvin and I are doing great. We had a decent sleep with an early up and then back to sofa (nothing different than norm). I cannot believe that I missed the first day of SPRING on Saturday. I knew it was about this time but totally missed mindfully celebrating the spring equinox. Happy Spring everyone!! I have been watching for the bunnies but have not seen any lately which is odd for this area. We usually have them on our front lawn all of the time especially since my neighbour feeds them. But strangely enough even with good I have not seen any rabbits for I would say about one month or so. I always gage the arrival of spring by the turning of their fur from white to brown. I hope that they are okay. Never know, I guess. We walked on the weekend. I almost put Alvin’s sweater on yesterday and realized that it had warmed up somewhat from earlier in the morning.

Have you had a morning or I guess anytime during the course of a day where you just looked at something in your home and decided to change it up, around or clean? Unplanned! Yesterday I had been in my upstairs office and at this point I do not even remember what I was doing but I happen to look at my bulletin board which takes up near the whole wall behind my computer. There are two massive bulletin boards that my daughter made for me a few years back. Anyway, it just seemed “messy” ….. just with no plan ….. unorganized. So I set out to spruce it up if you will. At one point I could not reach the top so had to run downstairs and grab a stool. I love my massive bulletin board filled with cards of thanks and of birthdays and from Mother’s Days, photos of family and friends, my monthly birthday calendar, and odds and ends. I decided to hang up my birthday calendar as it was on a bulletin board on a wall that is partially hidden so sometimes I forget to look at it. I have missed birthdays. So now it is right in front of me. No more missed Birthdays. There are notes from Bath & BodyWorks days when I had the highest sales per hours in the entire company (and that was worldwide). Can you imagine that? It definitely is something that I am proud to have achieved without realizing at the time. I have an email from the Arts & Culture Reporter of the Wall Street Journal from end of 2013 when she had left a comment on my blog. How cool is that? Also I hung up our “family photos” of me and Alvin that my daughter takes every fall. It is a reminder of our journey and my hair cuts, argh. Thankfully more the journey and surprisingly Alvin has not changed much over the years. I can tell when he did not have a hair cut before the photo shoot, me too for that matter. There are reminders of the young boy turned man that I sponsored from Malawi many years ago. It is a good wall and I love looking at every item and remembering.

Well back to work today as it is once again Monday morning. This will be the third week that I have been training with a coworker as she returns to work after being away for some time. The training is going well and remains lots to go through and over. Alvin has an appointment on Wednesday, his regular one, thank goodness. Nail trim etc. Also on Wednesday one of my neighbours and friends is hosting a Mary Kay Mask party. Should be fun.

Time to get the coffee plugged in …… turn on the tunes ….. place Alvin’s bed in the kitchen and get this week going.

I wish you a great Monday.

As we continue to live this life with kindness, respect, compassion and patience.

Always, Carol & Alvin

2021

Good Morning ALL. How are you today? We are doing okay. I cannot say great as Mr. Alvin was up at 4:15 a.m., he woke up shaking his head madly so I am hoping he does not have an ear infection. I fed him early and back to bed until his LAST MED at 6:00 a.m. ….. we are done. I just had a shower and changed the bedding and he is whining so imagine he has to go outside. Just back from outside. When you have to go you have to go. I tried to upload some photos to show you this morning but something did not work. I will admit that I am still not functioning at 100% due to the late night / middle of night / early morning business. So happy that the pills are done. I was just speaking to Humphrey and Bogart’s Mom who came out as we were chatting with Humphrey who was sitting atop of their deck railing. She said that when they finished medicines for surgery they were a bit off for a time. So I will keep an eye on him. The sun is shining and it is warm outside. Almost feel like setting up the patio furniture but alas there is still snow on parts of the deck. Not quite time for patio furniture. There is space for us to sit on the upper deck landing and gaze out at our “vast estate.” I love my/our home. Next weekend we turn those clocks ahead one hour. The daylight will seem longer and longer as the days pass. I have a feeling that spring is close by. Most of our snow has melted. The bunnies are still white …. I did not notice any brown.

Happy Birthday to my friend Gillian’s son Connor who turns 12 today. Hard to believe, he was a little guy when I moved to Edmonton. Happy Birthday.

Coffee will have an extra special warmness to it this morning. I love my morning coffee. Did you know that it is better to brush your teeth before you have your first cup of coffee in the morning – that first morning coffee. Apparently the coffee sticks to your teeth and turns them yellow. If you brush them …. it does not stick so much.

Today, I am planning to work on my taxes. ARGH. Somedays I think it would be better to get a professional to do them but I have always done them for 45 years give or take so why start now. I use SimpleTax which has changed hands and is now WealthSimple Tax, It is actually quite an easy process. Now I just have to find my tax information from last year. Somehow or other it seems to have disappeared. I could write a story about the disappearing tax papers. Oh well, I have the current year information all gathered. So at least a step in the right direction. I just would like to get them done. Hoping for a tax refund.

Well the boy wants to go downstairs. So off we go. I wish you a wonderful Sunday.

Continuing to live my life with kindness, respect, compassion and patience. Always working on patience.

Always, Carol & Alvin

Second Half of the NEW YEAR – last quarter.

Good Morning All. As we are winding down and fast approaching November with then one month until 2021 …. what are your thoughts? What a year this has been! There have been so many changes and for some people those changes have not been great. For others of us those changes have turned out to be blessings in disguise. I am so grateful that I have a job and that I am working from home. I have said this before and I will say it again, I am ever grateful to my employer. I have found out that I do thoroughly enjoy those rare occasions when I go outside of my house other than our walks. I don’t mind going to the office once every month or so. I don’t mind going to the grocery store once in awhile. Lately as statements come in from my benefit provider, it is giving me cause to get my poop in a group and make some medical appointments ….. like eye checkup and dentist. The dentist and staff were wearing masks even before COVID19 hit the Western World. I would think that they are taking even more precautions like limiting the no of patients at one time. Lots to think about. Do you find that you procrastinate some things and even more during these uncertain times? You are not alone, you are not alone. So much to consider and to think about ……

Well it is five sleeps until Halloween and six sleeps until my Christmas Tree goes up and the house transforms into “Christmas.” I have contacted all the folks in the neighbourhood that I know with children and they all were happy with my idea to drop off bags of treats for their children. I am working on decorating the treat bags for the kids. Then Sunday the TREE goes up. I am so excited. My daughter as agreed to come over and I have a backup to help me erect the tree just in case. Always good to have a plan B. I thought that I would before bed on Friday night, I would take down all of the fall/Halloween decorations and other ornaments and put them in the basement. Maybe even bring up the rubbermaid containers of Christmas decorations and be ready to decorate. I could do some of the decorating before the tree goes up. Those are my thoughts for now – time will tell.

Yesterday my girl friends were over for coffee in the morning. We always have a great time. One of the girls brought over muffins and the other gave me my own little Halloween treat bag. They spoil me. Love these girls, they are the best. I am so blessed to have great friends, truly.

Alvin and I went for a walk in the afternoon before I watched the LIVE Open House for my friend Amber’s Fifth Avenue Jewelry Collection. I enjoy seeing all of the new jewelry. GUESS WHAT? Mr. Alvin hardly fussed at all in his new sweater and in fact, we did the whole walk without any unnecessary stopping. It was great.

I also watch “THEN CAME YOU” twice yesterday. Really loving that movie.

I am so excited that our weather is going to be all plus temperatures for the next two weeks with multiple days in the high single digits and even going into the double digits. The bunnies will be able to forage for food easier and longer.

Well time to go and put on the coffee. I hit the snooze and then the time on the microwave a couple of times this morning. ARGH. Oh well, there is time to make coffee and get ready to start work before my 8:00 a.m. start time.

Have an awesome Monday. If we all live our lives with kindness and respect for ALL, what a wonderful world this would be and can be.

I/We shall remain, As Always Carol & Alvin

It is a NEW YEAR.

Happy Monday Morning Everyone.

No colourful sunrise as yet but am hopeful that we shall see some sunshine today.

More snow yesterday and overnight.

Yesterday I snapped a couple of closeups of Mr. Alvin.

Is he not the cutest boy?

He has such a cute innocent face.

His eyes …. I guess only one is visible…

When I am eating something and he comes up close with his face and turns on the cuteness …. those brown eyes can melt you into a puddle.

A Story of Six Bunnies

Over the past few days I have become enthralled with the bunnies that gather in the nighttime on our front lawn.

Okay, on the front snow covered lawn area.

Last night as I started to turn off the lights in the house before we went upstairs to bed, I noticed five rabbits out front of our house.

One came bounding over to join them.

We watched the bunnies as they munched away on the food that my neighbour so graciously has left for them.

It has been a hard winter for these little ones with all this snow.

At one point in the second photo, I saw two of the rabbits leaving the group to the other side of the street.

They stopped along the side where there was an abundance of soft fresh snow (not packed down by traffic).

One of the bunnies laid down and rolled around in the snow.

Well yes he/she certainly did roll.

Then jumped up while the other bunny watched.

I giggled as I watched the playfulness of the bunny.

The little one did this a few times before continuing to the other side of the road.

I figured perhaps I could grab some better photos so we raced upstairs and I took the photo on the left.

The one on the right captures the two bunnies, the one on the left was the one playing in the snow.

This morning from our bedroom window.

Appears to have been a party happening in our front yard (my neighbour and ours together).

The tracks filled the front yard or at least most of it.

There are tracks from every direction.

There was lots of good food and good company.

I should have put out some liquid refreshment.

Well that is what was happening in our neck of the woods as Al Roker would say.

I am an Al Roker fan (Today Show).

Well the time is passing and is almost time to start working.

In addition to watching the bunnies yesterday I made another banana cranberry orange with coffee spice load and a massive pot of the best chili ever.

I am so proud of both.

Good eatings ahead.

Time for caffeine …..

Have an awesome day.

It is the small things in life that mean the most.

A snuggle with Alvin.

Video chat with my daughter.

Text from my sister.

Fresh made banana loaf.

Smell of chili bubbling away on the stove.

A bunny rolling in the fresh snow.

Fresh perked cup of coffee.

Time to go.

As Always, I/We

Carol & Alvin

It is a NEW YEAR.

Good Morning All.

Well today is my first day of working from home.

We left work yesterday during early afternoon hours with laptops in tow.

I managed with a tinge of assistance from a co-worker on line to get set up.

I moved my office around and set up the laptop (which I have not really worked on before).

Set up theĀ  mouse and I am so glad that I brought home my keyboard, that was a good move.

Thank you to a fellow coworker who had decided to take hers home.

It was so much easier setting things up.

My office looks strange with my APPLE on one end and the laptop on the other.

Shortly I will turn on the laptop and start the day ….. my work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Still almost one hour but I want to do my timesheet and have everything open before 8:00 AM.

Poor Mr. Alvin is definitely wondering what is going on.

I think he noticed that I did not put on much makeup other than some eyebrow gel stuff and some lip care.

I think he definitely noticed that I did not put on my dress clothes and I know he noticed that I put on my work socks.

I did that just to throw him off.

He is just so smart.

I am kind of anxious to see what happens when I am on the phone (work) …. we have been hooked up through an APP for our phone.

This should be interesting.

Alvin does not like it when I am on the phone.

Hopefully after the day he settles into me working from home.

Much different than a weekend.

Yesterday my daughter picked me up some fruit, vegetables and bread.

She also picked me up a bag of CHICAGO popcorn (one with the cheese and caramel popcorn).

This was a treat for me, how sweet of a girl do I have.

The streets are still busy here or at least they were yesterday.

Our street has had cars zipping by all morning.

I wonder if this will change.

Well I am anxious to go and get my coffee and get started.

It will be much different working on a laptop small screen compared to our big computer screen at work.

Likely a bit slower going back and forth between windows but at least we are working.

Our clients will be happy about that.

I think some of them figure that with the doors closed to the public that we are not working.

But we are ….. we certainly are ….

We are all in this together.

Well time to go and get things going.

Starting to get light out there.

Be kind and respectful to all you encounter.

Remember to check on your elderly neighbours and those that are not able to get out and about.

If someone has a pet and they are sick, help out.

Make sure they have food for their pets.

If they have a dog …. take the dog for a walk.

Help where you can.

Be grateful you are well and are able to do so.

From an eternally grateful human being,

I remain as Always, Carol with her trusty friend Alvin

My geranium is blooming like crazy.

Outside the bunnies are beginning to turn brown.

Spring is official tomorrow.

Forgot to mention that I saw a coyote downtown on my my to work yesterday morning.

My daughter says there are many of them downtown due to the River Valley being close by.

Living … One day at a time.

Hello, sorry but it is late afternoon already.

Yesterday first thing in the morning my son-in-law dropped my grandpups off for the day.

After I got them settled, I went for a walk with Miss Aspen.

She is the Yellow Lab Shepherd Cross.

This was just a few minutes after 8:00 a.m.

Our walk took us to our nearby park

We had some fun.

There was a Bunny being chased by some very aggressive Magpies.

We should have turned back but this silly Grandma thought we could scare the birds giving the Bunny time to make his escape.

It was a great plan in theory.

The reality was a far different story.

Needless to say I found out the hard way just how strong my girl Aspen is as I almost did a head plant into the sidewalk.

But managed to stay upright as I made that sill trip after her.

I was very careful during the rest of our walk.

Once we arrived back home I went into the backyard with Aspen, Alvin and Milo.

Humphrey the cat was in his backyard.

Aspen was trying desperately to get to him.

She would have pushed her way right through our fence.

She was very determined and she did not want to visit or make friends.

When she was a pup during her first year of life the poor dear had to fend for herself.

So she will go after rabbits, cats and birds.

She is fast and they do not stand a chance.

Needless to say I am careful with the cats and wildlife.

I did figure that the birds had a better chance of escaping.

Anyway it was an exciting way to start the day.

After that, I needed a COFFEE.

So perked up a pot of coffee and had a late breakfast.

We just had a quiet couple of hours or so.

About noon I went for a walk with Alvin and Milo.

We stopped by the garage sale.

Yes, the same one that I attended last weekend and Friday night.

They were happy to see Milo and Alvin.

We, I took a check around and picked up a couple of items.

Alvin and Milo and I continued on our walk after the garage sale.

We were on our way to the park when I heard my name being called and turned to see our friends had stopped in their van.

So we walked back to their vehicle.

They were wondering if I had a six foot high ladder as they were putting up Christmas lights and their son had borrowed theirs.

I just happen to have one and told them I would take it to them after we got back home.

When it arrived near Alvin’s Best Friend Teddy’s house we saw his Dad or actually Alvin spotted him up a ladder.

We were invited to go into the house so of course, the pups were up the steps in no time.

It was nice to see Teddy and his Mom.

We had a little visit and of course the babes had a treats before we continued on our way.

Stopped briefly at the garage sale and picked out one more item.

Leaving them there for pick up another time.

Which reminds me I have to go and pick up my items.

After we got home – I grabbed the ladder and walked it to my friend’s house.

Had a short visit and then back home.

We had a quiet rest of the afternoon.

Eating supper early.

Followed by some quiet time and then another walk with Miss Aspen.

Our walk was filled with more adventure.

While walking around the park there was a bunny running through someone’s backyard.

I managed to hold onto Aspen.

This time it was short lived.

After that a couple of small dogs who seemed friendly …. well ended up one was not.

So we carried on.

On the home stretch we walked by our new friend John’s house with Bug the black cat who spends some time on a leash basking in the fresh air.

Now I was watching for the cat as I know Aspen and cats.

I did not see her but Aspen walked close to the bush that circles their front yard and all of a sudden I heard a hiss.

Quickly called Aspen and pulled her back.

There was Bug in the bushes.

Everyone came out safely.

Thank goodness.

Finally back home …. we just had a quiet evening.

The kids were going to pick up the pups last night.

They ended up staying over last night.

Poor Miss Aspen was up at 3:00 a.m. with diarrhea.

Is this a reoccurring thing at my house?

Seems like poop and more poop.

Anyway it was poop and more poop throughout the night.

I felt so terrible as she had been whining/crying for a few minutes before I got my backside out of bed to take her downstairs.

Of course, we all went outside.

After that, we spent the rest of the night/morning on the sofa which was closer to the back door.

Poor Aspen.

Bad Grandma.

I texted my daughter about 8:30 a.m. to let her know about Aspen.

She came a bit later and spent some time here which was great.

Well that was my excitement.

Time to go and check on supper.

How about some photos?

The first photos from out on the deck were from yesterday and I am not sure what they were seeing?

I did not see anything but the pups certainly did.

Inside photos were from this morning while we were waiting for my daughter to arrive.

Well what a wild and wacky weekend we had …. I learned several valuable lessons.

  1. Always wear running shoes not flip flops when walking with Miss Aspen.
  2. When Aspen whines/cries in the middle of the night – Grandma needs to get the heck out of bed right away.
  3. Pups make me happy.

Time to fly …. Alvin wants his supper.

Always, Carol & Alvin

Thought for the day ….

Good Morning and Welcome to Wednesday the 27th day of February, 2019.

TO BE minus 3 – 4 today.

Welcome to SPRING.

For one DAY only.

This would be my one day only …..

A GIRL CAN DREAM, CAN’T SHE?

How about on this dreamy Wednesday we take a few minutes and close our eyes and dream of spring.

Dream of brown bunnies sitting on the grass in your front yard.

Dream of tulips blooming in your flower beds.

Dream of buds on the trees.

Dream of all of wildlife babies being born and the cuteness in abundance.

Dream of walks with only a light jacket and shoes on.

Dream of NO SNOW.

Dream of plus temperatures.

JUST DREAM.

Happy Wednesday Everyone.

Did you close your eyes yet?

Have a wonderful day.

Special Hello to: my friends near and far.

Always, Carol & Alvin
