Thought for the day…….

My thought for this day is this:  be so grateful for all the things in your life, those items that do not cost you directly ….

Sometimes we forget about all the good things that happen each and every day.

We tend to get hung up on money for one thing ….. perhaps your job …… and others.

But take the time and breathe …….

Some of the things that I am most grateful for:

…..walks with Alvin

……smelling the flowers

……watching the night sky filled with bright stars and moon

……clean water

…….a healthy body

…….a comfortable bed

……my imagination

……..family and friends

…….colours of the rainbow

………nature in all it’s glory

………animals

The list is long and my time is short …… for the moment that is…..

Have a great day …….. always remember to be grateful …..

Always, Carol

…….

Thought for the day……

Today is August 30th, 2011 ….. where has August gone?

Truly it has slipped away.  Our weather was more summer-like than July.

We received some well needed rain last night, and earlier this morning here in Edmonton.

Skies are beginning to clear and the sun is starting to come up.

Take the time this second last day of August and breathe in the last moments of truly summer air …..

I love the fall but just the same …… let us enjoy the last days of summer………

Have a great and blessed day my friends…….

Always, Carol

Thought for the day….

Whatever you are thinking at this very moment …… is shaping your next moment.

So in order to keep your “next moment” going in the direction for which you are dreaming …..

Keep your thoughts positive, loving and with gratitude.

Be happy …..

Have a great day.

Always, Carol

Thought for the day…..

Each moment of each day is a blessing.

Take these precious moments and feel good.

If we remain aware of our feelings

Always keeping positive and loving

Life will transform itself in front of your eyes.

I wish for myself and for everyone – –

that your days are always filled with millions of good moments.

Good health and abundance to all.

Always, Carol
