Thought for the day ……

Good Morning and Welcome to Tuesday the 19th day of December, 2017.

Our weather is beginning to change and start to look more like December.

The temperatures coming up are in the double digit minus celsius range.

Oh, fun.

We will have to once again wear the warmer coats, hats, bigger scarves, bigger mitts and the works.

Oh well, thankfully we have those items to wear.

I sure hope that all Canadians have warms items to wear at this time of year.

If you know someone who is in need or if you have items that you do not require, perhaps you would like to contact one of the agencies like Salvation Army and make a donation.

It is the season for giving.

I hope that you all are doing well.

My hand is sore this morning and that could be due in part to the drop in temperature.

Well folks time to fly ….. decided that I needed a few more minutes of sleep this morning.

I know better …… do you guys lay back down and then at some point end up running a bit late?

I do and most especially at this time of year.

Well time to fly.

Remember to always take the time for you.

To be still, quiet and just breathe.

We all need to take time to be quiet.

No multi-tasking.

No answering your phone, no texting.

No conversations.

Just be still.

It is just as important to be still.

Thought for the day……

Good Evening and it is near the end of Saturday the 26th day of July, 2014.

We slept in after a busy Friday and then spent all day moving the last of my daughter and her husband’s things.

Cannot forget the grand-puppies, as they have a great many items ranging from towels, jackets, hair brushes, toothpaste and everything in between.

Thank goodness we have been gradually moving things over for the past few weeks.

Almost done.

Tomorrow is cleaning day ….. the oven ….. the fridge ….. walls …… garage …… carpets …….. you know all the fun stuff.

It will likely take us a couple of weeks to get everything organized but so far so good.

We managed to incorporate two households into one ….. considering they had a house and I have half a duplex.

We made it work.  The garage helps of course.

 

HUGE DEAL FOR ME:  I noticed last night before bed that I have “500” followers.

WOW, and 1300 posts ……

Anyway time to hit the hay.

Tired and a bit sore ….

I must have been up and downstairs in both houses about 100 times.

Most of those trips Alvin was with me ….. following me …..
