Thought for the day …..

Good Morning and Welcome to Wednesday the 27th day of July, 2016.

Sun up …. shining brightly and there is such a delightful coolness to the air that Mr. Alvin wanted to stay outside but his Momma needed to be in the house.

He is curled up on the end of our bed ….. his second favourite place in our house.

I cannot believe how quickly time flies in the morning.

It is less than 15 minutes until I have to leave for work.

Thank goodness I am showered and dressed ….. would be a funny …. perhaps more a dreadful sight to see me running down the street in my nightgown (not full length, cause it is summer).

Oh well, we have to laugh, right.

How horrid would life be without laughter.

I like to laugh at myself and I believe it is healthy.

We all should have some humility and to be on the humble side is always better.

Just two more work days after today until my vacation begins, I am so excited.

I plan to go on some adventures with Mr. Alvin early in the morning while the air is cool.

How exciting.

So I guess it is almost time to go for now.

I hope that you enter this day with a giggle or three.

I hope that along your way that you give selflessly to another living creature.

I hope that when you close your eyes to go to sleep that you are at peace with the world.

Thought for the day…..

Good Morning and Welcome to Thursday the 16th day of April, 2015.

Well today is  moving day.

Sun shining – check

Coffee made – check

Up and dressed – check

Everything packed – check

Yesterday the kids received the keys to their brand new house/their home and did the final walk through.

Me and the puppies were so excited to go and check it all out.

The house has that brand new smell that I absolutely love.

It is gorgeous ….. down to the colour scheme.

Alvin, I guess I should mention was a bit less than thrilled about the car ride.

But he made it both ways …. drooling and panting but did not through up……

Poor little guy.

I really do not know what to do about that other than he needs to do it more often perhaps ….. then he might settle down better.

The puppies definitely know something is up.

One hour till the movers arrive.

I am on puppy patrol.

Wherever the movers are ….. we are not.

That is the plan.

There are three guys coming with the moving truck so it won’t take them long to get everything loaded.

This is short as I have a few things to help my daughter with before the movers arrive.

I hope that you have a grand Thursday.

Today is a great day but brings with the greatness a sadness as I bid my family a fond adieu …… they won’t be far away, thank goodness.

Good Wednesday Morning ….. today is March 7th, 2012 ….

Really ….. midweek …… WOW, time truly does fly when you are having fun!!

So what’s new in your life?

Are you enjoying your life?

Are you making it happen?

Your dreams that is.

I know that sometimes it is easy to get off track …. believe me, it happens.

It is always important to pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start thinking about what it is that you really want.

What are your dreams?  What do you want to happen in your life, every day.

Perhaps it is to be retired and be at home.

Perhaps it is your dream job ….

Perhaps it is writing a book (that is my dream).

Whatever it may be …..

Start visualizing what you want it to be ….

Feel how good it is to have your dreams come true….

The pieces start to come together when you are feeling great…..

Start small if you want to …… but at the end of the day ….. DREAM BIG.

I believe that everyone’s dreams will come true ….

If you truly believe …… remain positive …… and see the end result.

So for this Wednesday ….. how about playing a game ….. “pretend” …..

Remember when you were a child and you would play pretend ….. how much fun it was …… how good it felt.

Feel in your heart what it would feel like if your dream came true……

I am working on mine…. let us do it together……

Take the time to do this for yourself ……
