Thought for the day…..

Good Morning and Welcome to Friday the 16th day of August, 2013.

The sky is overcast but there are some signs of sunshine peering through the deep blue clouds.

I have hopes that the sun will shine again today.

Wow, this has been a crazy week …. I only worked at the office for one day.

Should have been two but my Alvin wasn’t feeling well and I am not about to leave him home alone.

So I took another vacation day.

Today my grand-puppies are visiting.  At the moment all three are sleeping.

I always enjoy having them over.

Looking at life through their eyes is always interesting.

I can only imagine what they must be thinking.

I would really like to know what Alvin thinks when I talk to them.

Probably “blah blah blah ….. yeah yeah ….

I wonder…. LOL.

Well in a few hours Mr. Alvin and I will walk to the Vet’s office so that he can have his nails trimmed.

Not his favourite thing in the world to do that is for sure.

But good to have done all the same.

I am so grateful that I have another day at home.

I love being at home.

Something about it all just makes me feel good.

I love having my own home.

It took me a few years but I did it (actually most of my adult life).

It just goes to show that you never know what is going to happen.

So on this Friday I hope that you are loving your space wherever you might be.
